Custom Safety Vests

We don't forget, however, the importance of your title and company name. In this section you're given three premium custom safety vest options. You can custom embroider your safety vest, custom screen print your safety vest or customize your vest with vinyl cad cut. Each of these services gives you the option to show off your title or company. However, each of our customization services yields individual, unique results. The most involved, and most labor-intensive option is the vinyl cad cut print. Vinyl CAD cut heat press is a special process. A sheet of special vinyl from which your desired text is cut and then pressed onto your safety vest. It yields the cleanest results in that it does not reveal the mesh holes in the vest. With this option you pay no set up fees and there is no minimum order. Custom screen printing is recommended if you are ordering a large number of safety vests. It is the least expensive option for your money, but is not recommended on economy safety vests due to the large mesh holes. Lastly, we also offer custom embroidery.
